Receptionist

 

he Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for all patients visiting Dr. Rai’s Healthcare Clinic. The role focuses on creating a smooth experience by managing appointments, registrations, patient queries and coordinating directly with the doctors and the in-house medicine preparer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and assist all patients and visitors.
- Register patients and update basic details in the system.
- Manage and schedule daily appointments for the doctors.
- Answer phone calls, share information, and handle queries.
- Coordinate patient flow directly with the doctors.
- Inform the medicine preparer about prescriptions when needed.
- Guide patients between reception, consultation room and medicine counter.
- Manage basic documentation, check-in/check-out and payment flow.
- Maintain a clean, organised and calm front desk environment.

Qualifications

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Clear, polite communication skills
- Presentable, soft-spoken and patient-friendly
- Clinic or customer-facing experience is an advantage
